I am currently a graduate student in Villanova University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program. I hope to work with a broad spectrum of clients across varying needs, among which can include individuals, couples, families, and groups coping with personal and relational obstacles. Additionally, I strongly desire to become trained to best help members of the LGBTQIA+ community and continue to educate myself with a multicultural approach.

Treatment Approach

As I continue to learn about theoretical approaches and evidence-based practices, I find that I align most with a person-centered approach. I value the focus on a person’s self-awareness as a method towards self-acceptance and believe that, because of my empathy, I would have the capacity to show up with caring and authenticity to empower clients. I believe that people are more than a diagnoses or label assigned to them. My goal is to both advocate and provide support for the unique experiences and nuances that people face.

I welcome the opportunity to work with you to uncover what’s blocking you from reaching your full potential.

“Real change, enduring change, happens one step at a time.”
